From the M4, take Junction 28 if approaching from Newport. Follow the A468 to Caerphilly then the A469 which will lead to Bargoed.
From the Swansea direction, take junction 32 off the M4 and travel approximately 5 miles down the A470, take the A468 to Caerphilly, then join the A469 to Bargoed.
For motorists approaching from the A40, take the A465 at Abergavenny down to the Rhymney turn-off, then follow the A469 to Bargoed
